Installation
Installing a septic system around your home takes planning and expertise in the field in order to ensure that the right location for the septic system is chosen and to promote functionality of the septic system, once installed.
The installation process should be completed by professional contractors who are able to assess the land available around your home and its landscape to determine whether or not installing a new septic system would be beneficial. Finding the Right Location Finding the right location to install your septic system takes some time as it cannot be installed just anywhere. This is usually done during the consultation part as our contractors will request to view your outdoor space first and see what your landscape and terrain is like beforehand. The contractor will also mark potential locations around your yard that could host a septic system and later test them to find the best location. Once completed, we can then begin the process of picking out which tank works best for your family’s needs as well as preparing the site for the tanks installation. Installation Process After finding the right location and beginning the installation process, we’ll need to dig up the area where the tank will be installed into the ground. In order to do this, we will usually require a local permit and to meet federal regulations when installing. The digging is then done by measuring the space available and digging it to the desired depth and inserting the tank, attaching it to the connected pipes which are then attached to the water system in your home. When the tank has been set up and attached, we’ll then attempt to test it throughout the house and calibrate it to your home’s settings. We’ll check all the pipes, tubes, and valves to ensure there are no defects before burying the tank again and completing the project. |
